Experience

Experience across engineering, technical education and operations

My experience ranges from hands-on automotive engineering and industrial equipment to international Mathematics and Physics tutoring and customer operations. Each role has shaped a different part of how I work: technical problem-solving, communication, organisation, practical judgement and responsibility.

International Mathematics & Physics Tutor

Building and running an international tutoring practice

I teach GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics and Physics across Edexcel, Cambridge and AQA, working with students in the UK, Australia, Canada, the UAE, Maldives and other international markets. I analyse student performance, identify weaknesses and adapt my explanations to build technical understanding. Students I have worked with have progressed from B grades to A/A* results through structured, evidence-based improvement.

I built the practice through results, referrals and targeted marketing while completing my Aerospace Engineering degree. Alongside teaching, I independently managed preparation, scheduling and communication with students and parents. The income helped fund my university studies, while balancing this work with engineering coursework required careful time management, responsibility and independence.

Service Assistant

Customer operations in a fast-paced environment

I prepare and verify online customer orders and work across busy customer-facing operations. Changing workloads require me to prioritise tasks, check details and maintain service standards.

I also work across store functions to resolve customer enquiries and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This calls for clear communication, reliable teamwork and quick practical decisions under pressure.

Automotive Engineering Apprentice

Diagnostics, fault-finding and practical vehicle systems

I worked on vehicle diagnostics, fault-finding, ADAS calibration and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve automotive faults. Following symptoms through to likely causes gave me practical experience of investigating a system rather than relying on assumptions. I also removed and reinstalled mechatronic units, gearboxes, air-filtration systems and vehicle interior assemblies.

Working directly with these components developed my understanding of how mechanical, electrical and control systems interact within a vehicle. I supported vehicle testing, maintenance and quality assurance, learning the importance of structured validation and careful checking before considering a job complete.

Operations & Customer Support Assistant

Industrial equipment, customers and business operations

I worked with industrial die-cutting equipment and demonstrated machinery, tooling and packaging materials to commercial customers. Explaining their operation clearly required a practical understanding of the equipment. I also supported product analysis, procurement, inventory control and logistics, seeing how equipment, stock, suppliers and customer requirements connect in daily operations.

I maintained purchasing, inventory and financial records in QuickBooks. Keeping this information accurate gave me an appreciation of how reliable records help people understand the state of a business and make informed operational decisions.

Smart EDU (Pvt) Ltd.

Mathematics & Physics Tutor

Technical teaching and structured problem-solving

I taught Mathematics and Physics across mechanics, kinematics, forces, moments, vectors, calculus, aerodynamics, materials and stress–strain behaviour. Teaching these subjects alongside my Aerospace Engineering degree reinforced the mathematical and physical principles behind engineering problems.

I was also invited to create premium study packs and recorded solution walkthroughs. Producing these resources required me to break complex problems into clear, logical steps and explain the reasoning, rather than simply present an answer.
